House Rules

Never leave children unattended: Our properties feature swimming pools, electric devices, hot surfaces, and cooking equipment including sharp items.

Mykonos Only - Do not drink tap water: Tap water is not potable. By all means. It is not dangerous of course, you can use it to brush your teeth and take a shower, but do not consume it. And no, it won't get better if you make ice cubes with it, or if you boil it to make tea. Even if you do one after the other. Remains not potable. Use bottled water only, and when it comes to Nespresso machine, fill it up with room temperature bottled water.

Do not carry the entrance key with you: Apart from the cost of changing the lock, which could be pricey depending on the property you book, one of your friends might need to go home earlier. Why bring you back too?

Do not ever put the key behind the door: We all know that it is 99% sure that it is going to be forgotten at some point. If you forget it inside the property, we can open the door for you, but leaving it on the door, could move things back. And we certainly hope it is not you, trying to get to your departure flight.

Mention damages: We are not going to charge you a fortune if you break something (well, depends on what you broke) but damages can affect safety, and our guests safety (guilty one's included) is our first priority.

Respect neighbors: Either it is a shop or a house, respecting the neighbors is a must. Do not leave trash on their properties or common areas, such as stairs, and of course do not remain in their facilities. It's theirs and you booked ours.

Close the windows firmly when you leave the house: We choose not to maintain properties in areas where the safety of our guests can be compromised, but a cat or a pigeon can do the dirty work too.

(And a last one, we promise)

Do not by any means block or disconnect the security camera: It is there for a reason. And the reason is your safety and only. And if you do not really care about it, we do. So just leave it on.

Enjoy your holidays!
